A traditional sauna heats the air to 80–100°C, and that hot air heats you. An infrared sauna barely heats the air at all — the panels send warmth straight to your body.
The heaters reach operating temperature in about two to four minutes, so there is no long pre-heat to plan around. The result is a deep sweat in a gentler room: comfortable enough to sit in longer, and easy enough to use that most owners use it far more often than a stove sauna.
Carbon nanofiber and mica panels emit mid- and far-infrared that passes through the air and warms you. The room never needs to be fierce for the sweat to be deep.

Ice works to get started, but a chiller holds a precise temperature day after day with no effort — the easiest way to make cold therapy a daily habit.
Our chillers take the water down to around 3°C and hold it there. Most people plunge between 3–10°C depending on experience.
