4 Person Corner Infrared Sauna

The front is glass across three facets, with two full-height glass doors on the centre panel. From outside it reads as a glass cabinet rather than a timber shed. From inside, you get the view out, which is the difference between twenty minutes that drags and twenty minutes that doesn’t.

Seating is an L-bench,  a long run with a return, so four adults sit facing in rather than in a row. Infrared panels sit at the back, both side walls and at calf level under the bench, so heat reaches the legs as well as the back. Ceiling spotlights and colour lighting are fitted as standard.

It runs at 25 to 67 degrees. That is well under a traditional stone sauna, which is the point of infrared: you can sit longer at a temperature that doesn’t knock you about.

Wood Options:

Canadian Hemlock. The standard. Pale, even grain, close to odourless, holds its colour. The usual choice for infrared cabins because there is no resin to bleed at operating temperature.

Red Cedar. The upgrade, and a real one. Deep reddish-brown with pronounced grain, and it carries the cedar scent most people picture when they think of a sauna. Cedar is the top grade in our timber range, and it looks it.

Timber choice does not change the heating system, the panels or the performance. It changes how the cabin looks and how it smells.

Electrical Requirements

This cabin needs its own dedicated circuit run back to the switchboard, not a power point shared with the rest of the room. Four-person infrared cabins draw more than the small single-seat units, and a shared circuit will trip or run hot. We’ll include the exact load, breaker, and cable size in your quote so your electrician can price the job properly, and we recommend a 30mA RCBO on the circuit. Have it in and tested before delivery day. It’s the one thing that will hold up a handover if it isn’t ready.

Lead time is 8 to 10 weeks from order. It is built to order, so nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you.

Access matters. Measure your doorways and any stairs or lift before you order and tell us the numbers. The panels arrive as flat sections rather than one assembled cabinet, but they are still large. We would rather solve an access problem on the phone than on your driveway.

Build it yourself. This is a panel system, not carpentry. The walls arrive as finished sections with the infrared panels, lighting and wiring already fitted inside them. They lock to a base, the ceiling panel drops on top, and the glass front goes in last. Everything is pre-wired, so you are connecting plugs to sockets rather than wiring anything.

Two people, basic hand tools, and an afternoon for most of it. You want two people because the glass front is heavy and awkward on your own, not because the work is hard.

Order of work: clear and check the corner, lay the base, stand and lock the wall panels, connect the panel looms, fit the ceiling, hang the glass front and doors, then fit benches, backrests and floor slats. The electrical connection to your supply is the last step and should be done by an electrician.

Whichever you choose, the electrical supply is a separate job. See the electrical requirements below. Have that circuit in and tested before delivery day — it is the one thing that will hold up a handover if it is not ready.

Two things worth thinking about before you pick the corner.

Humidity. This is a timber cabin and Thailand is humid. It will be
happiest in a room that gets air conditioning or decent airflow —
a bedroom, a gym room, a converted spare room. A closed-up room
that never gets aired is harder on timber over years.

Clearance. Leave a hand's width behind and above the cabin. It
needs to breathe, and you will want the access if anything ever
needs looking at. Do not build it into a recess with no gap.

If an electrical item stops working within the warranty period, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.

Electronics: 1 year on infrared panels, control unit, lighting and wiring

Structure: 2 years on timber panels, benches, glass and hardware

Warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failure under normal domestic use. Register your purchase with us at delivery so we have the serial and the install date on file.

Not covered: misuse or modification, normal wear, damage from an incorrect or unstable electrical supply, water damage of any kind, outdoor installation, and commercial use unless agreed in writing at order.

Timber is a natural material. Colour will deepen and even out over the first months, and small movement between boards with the seasons is normal. Neither is a fault.

Never put water on it. This is the one rule that matters. An infrared cabin is not a traditional sauna — there is no stove and no stones, and water will damage the panels and the wiring. No buckets, no ladles, no throwing water on anything.

Sit on a towel, and take another one in. Sweat on bare timber is what marks a bench over time. A towel under you and one to wipe down with afterwards will keep the interior looking new for years.

Leave the door open after use. Ten or fifteen minutes with the doors ajar lets the cabin dry out properly. This matters more in Thailand than it does in Europe.

Give the room some air. This is a timber cabin in a humid country. It will be happiest in a room that gets air conditioning or reasonable airflow — a bedroom, a gym room, a converted spare room. A closed-up room that never gets aired is harder on timber over the years.

Leave a gap behind it. A hand's width behind and above the cabin. It needs to breathe, and you will want the access if anything ever needs looking at. Do not build it into a recess with no clearance.

Cleaning. A dry brush or vacuum on the floor slats. A barely damp cloth on the benches if you need it. Nothing else — no detergent, no bleach, no furniture polish, no oil. Timber inside a sauna is left raw on purpose so it can breathe and absorb. Sealing or varnishing it will ruin it and void the warranty.

Glass. Ordinary glass cleaner on the outside. A damp cloth on the inside.

Once a year. Run it up to temperature and check every panel is heating, the lights all work and the control responds. Look over the bench fixings and give them a turn if anything has loosened. Ten minutes, once a year.

On the timber changing colour. It will. Both Hemlock and Red Cedar deepen and even out over the first months of use, and cedar more noticeably than hemlock. That is the timber doing what timber does, not a fault.

Stock items can be returned within 7 days of delivery in resalable condition. Custom and made to order items cannot be returned once production has begun. Faulty goods are repaired, replaced or refunded at our cost.

Quote Validity
This quote is valid for the period stated on it. Prices and product availability are subject to change after the validity period.

Payment Schedule
Deposit required upon order confirmation. The remaining balance must be received in full prior to delivery.

Deposit Forfeiture
The deposit is non-refundable. If the Customer cancels after production has commenced or refuses delivery, RonYen Wellness retains the deposit as liquidated damages.

Delivery Date
An estimated delivery date is agreed at the time of order confirmation. The Customer must ensure the delivery location is accessible and a responsible person is present on the agreed date.

Failed Delivery Fee
If delivery cannot be completed due to the Customer's unavailability on the agreed date, a fee of 1,000 THB per day applies until delivery is successful, payable before the goods are released.

Rescheduling
Any change to the agreed delivery date requested by the Customer must be made at least 7 days in advance and is subject to the availability of RonYen Wellness.

Risk Transfer
Risk passes to the Customer on the agreed delivery date, regardless of whether delivery was completed, where the delay was due to the Customer's unreadiness.

Company Delay
If RonYen Wellness fails to deliver by the agreed date, the Customer is entitled to a discount of 0.2% of the total order value per day of delay, up to a maximum of 5% of the total contract value. This is the Customer's sole remedy for late delivery.

Site Preparation
The Customer is responsible for ensuring the installation site meets all requirements, including structural load capacity. Ice baths and saunas are heavy when loaded, and the Customer must ensure the surface can safely support the full weight. Where there is doubt, a qualified structural engineer must confirm load capacity. RonYen Wellness accepts no liability for damage resulting from installation on an inadequate surface.

Warranty
Structural and electrical components carry the warranty periods set out in the product documentation. Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, or lack of maintenance.

Limitation of Liability
RonYen Wellness's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for consequential damages, installation costs, or third-party claims.

Health Disclaimer
Sauna and ice bath use may not be suitable for everyone. Customers should consult a physician before use if they have heart conditions, high blood pressure, are pregnant, or have other health concerns. RonYen Wellness is not liable for health issues arising from product use.

Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, material shortages, transportation disruptions, or government restrictions.

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this document shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Thai courts and governed by Thai law.
