Cleaning after each use
- Drain the tub fully via the drain valve and rinse the interior with fresh water.
- Wipe the interior surface with a mild, non-abrasive cleaner and rinse thoroughly. Avoid harsh solvents or bleach, which can degrade the PVC coating.
- Allow the tub to dry completely before deflating and packing away to prevent mould and mildew.
Water management
- Change the water regularly — weekly for frequent use, or sooner if the water becomes cloudy or develops an odour.
- If using a chiller, follow the chiller unit's maintenance schedule for filters and seals.
Inflation pressure
- Check and top up inflation pressure before each session if the tub has been stored deflated for an extended period.
- Do not over-inflate beyond the recommended PSI shown on the inflation valve label.
Storage
- Store deflated in the provided carry bag in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight and sharp objects.
- Inspect the PVC surface for any small punctures before each use. Use the included repair/patch kit for minor damage.
What to avoid
- Sharp objects, pet claws, and abrasive surfaces near the tub walls.
- Leaving the tub filled and unattended in direct sunlight for extended periods, which accelerates UV degradation.
- Folding the tub tightly at the same crease points every time — vary the fold lines to reduce wear.
