Canadian Western Red Cedar and Finnish Thermo Pine both handle heat and humidity beautifully — cedar for its aroma and natural rot resistance, thermo pine for its stability in wet conditions. Japanese Hinoki is our premium pick. Canadian Hemlock is excellent value for indoor cabins. We’ll match the timber to your budget, look and location.
Outdoor saunas are fully weather-sealed for gardens, rooftops and pool decks. Indoor models are built for bathrooms, gyms and spare rooms. Both use the same indoor-rated electric stone heaters — the difference is the exterior cladding and weatherproofing.
It depends on the cabin volume. A small two-person sauna runs on around 3kW; a large room may need 15–18kW. Heaters up to 12kW run on single phase; larger units need three phase. We confirm the exact electrical requirement in your quote so your electrician knows precisely what to install.
Our saunas are hand-made to order in our own workshop and shipped to you. Each one is built to your specification — timber, size, glass and layout — rather than pulled off a shelf. We then deliver and, if you’d like, install it anywhere in Thailand.
Yes. Alongside traditional stone-heater saunas, we offer infrared cabins, which warm the body directly at a lower air temperature. They’re popular for smaller spaces and gentler sessions. We can talk you through which suits you in a free consultation.
Löyly is the burst of soft steam when water hits the hot stones — the bit that makes a sauna a sauna. All our traditional stone-heater saunas are built for it: pour water from the ladle over the stones and you get that wave of enveloping heat. Infrared cabins work differently and don’t produce löyly.
A home sauna reaches operating temperature (around 70–90°C) in about 30 to 40 minutes from cold, depending on size and heater. In Thailand’s warm climate you’re starting from a higher ambient temperature, so it’s usually at the quicker end of that range. Optional Wi-Fi heater control lets you pre-heat from your phone on the way home.
Yes — that’s the point of made-to-order. Size, timber, glass (full-glass front, window or solid), bench layout, heater type and controls are all adjustable to your site, whether it’s a home garden, a rooftop or a full commercial circuit.
Yes. We supply commercial-grade saunas and full hot-and-cold circuits for hotels, resorts, gyms and wellness spaces, sized and specified for high use. Tell us about the project in a consultation and we’ll scope it with you.
Both are food-grade and corrosion-resistant. 316 adds extra protection for coastal air and chlorinated water, so it’s the safer choice near the sea or beside a pool. 304 is excellent value everywhere else. We’ll recommend the right grade for your site. See ice baths.
Ice works to get started, but it melts fast in Thailand and gets expensive. A chiller holds a precise temperature day after day with no effort — it’s the easiest way to make cold therapy a daily habit rather than an occasional event.
Our chillers take the water down to around 3°C and hold it there. Most people plunge between 3–10°C depending on experience — beginners start warmer, around 12–15°C, and work down over time.
Our chillers include filtration and ozone or UV sanitation that keep the water fresh for weeks between changes. We walk you through simple water care at handover — it’s far less work than a pool.
Stainless steel tubs, timber-clad baths in cedar and thermo pine, acrylic plunge baths, barrel baths, and all-in-one baths with the chiller built in. Sizes run from single-person plunge tubs to larger baths for two or for commercial recovery rooms.
It depends on your tub volume and how cold you want to go. A 1.0HP chiller suits large single-person and standard double tubs (around 300–600 litres); a 2.0HP unit is built for commercial setups, XL tubs and fast cooling. We size it to your bath in your quote.
Running cost depends on the chiller size, your target temperature and how well the tub is insulated. A well-insulated bath holding 5°C costs far less to run than an open tub you re-chill from scratch each time. We can give you a realistic estimate for your setup.
Yes — that’s exactly what a chiller is for. In Thailand’s climate a chiller does the heavy lifting that ice can’t, pulling the water down and holding it there even in full ambient heat. We recommend shade and good insulation to keep running costs down.
With filtration and sanitation running, most people go several weeks between full changes. Top up for evaporation, keep the sanitation cycle running, and rinse off before you get in to keep the water clean longer.
Yes. Our inflatable ice baths set up in minutes and pack away just as fast — the easiest way into cold therapy, and ideal for the home, events and pop-ups before you commit to a permanent plunge. They pair with a chiller when you’re ready.

The Garden runs on advance bookings so every session has the space to itself — so book ahead if you can. That said, if you're passing and spot us, scan the sign at the gate or give us a call, and if there's room in the current session we'll happily wave you in.

It’s in Chonburi, easily reached from Bangkok and Pattaya. We’re in a private gated community — when you arrive, look for the RonYen sign at the gate and we’ll open it for you. We text a reminder before your session so we’re ready and waiting.
A single session is ฿500 per person, a day pass ฿900. Visit packs bring it down to ฿400–450 a visit, and a monthly unlimited membership is ฿2,900. Private hire of the whole garden is ฿6,500 for three hours. All plans include access to every facility.
Swimwear is required for the pool, the plunges and the sauna. We provide towels, flip-flops, a locker and your first drink free; showers, hairdryers and changing rooms are all on site. You can add a robe at booking for ฿120.
Yes. Bring friends on single sessions or day passes, or book private hire to have the whole garden to yourselves for three hours — good for groups, families or a recovery session with your training partners.
Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 12 hours before your session. Inside 12 hours we’ll move your booking to another day where we can. Visit packs and memberships are non-refundable but transferable.
Not at all. The garden is open to anyone who wants to use it — locals, expats and visitors alike. It’s also the best way to try a full contrast session before you decide whether to buy your own setup.
Absolutely. It’s a relaxed, private space and we’re on hand to talk you through the hot-and-cold circuit — how long in the sauna, how cold to go, and how to breathe through the plunge. No experience needed.
Yes — every sauna arrives flat-packed and most assemble in a day with two or three people and the supplied instructions. No specialist tools needed. Prefer it done for you? Our team can handle the full install. Installation service.
Delivery to the spot, full assembly, levelling, fitting the heater, and a handover walkthrough so it’s ready to use the same day. It’s the easy option if you’d rather not build it yourself.
A firm, level base — a concrete pad, deck or paved area — plus a power point within reach for the heater. We send a simple prep checklist before delivery so everything’s ready when your sauna arrives.
The final hard-wire connection of the heater should be made by a licensed electrician — that part isn’t included, for safety and compliance. We supply the full heater specification and can recommend trusted local contractors.
Most saunas go up in around a day with two people. Larger combos or commercial rooms can take a little longer. The instructions are clear and the panels are pre-built, so it’s more assembly than construction.
Ice baths are largely plug-and-place — position the tub, connect the chiller and fill. We’ll guide you through setup and water care. For larger or plumbed-in commercial installs, we can arrange a full fit-out.
Yes — our installation service covers the country. Travel and access are factored into the quote. For tricky sites like rooftops or tight lanes, we’ll plan the lift and any extra handling with you in advance.
A flat-pack sauna can be dismantled and reassembled if you relocate. We can advise on the process, and our team can handle a move for you if you’d prefer.

Most saunas are ready six to eight weeks from order, as each is made to your specification. Once built, freight to your address typically takes a few days, with tracking provided. You can follow your build with weekly progress photos in your customer portal.
Standard nationwide delivery is included. For tricky access — rooftops, tight lanes or upper floors — we’ll quote any crane or extra handling up front, so there are no surprises.
Everything ships in a purpose-built timber crate that protects the timber and glass in transit. The crate is easy to dispose of or repurpose once your sauna’s unpacked.
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll get tracking, and during the build you can follow weekly progress photos in your customer portal — from raw timber through to delivery day.
Yes, we ship worldwide on request. International freight, duties and timelines vary by destination, so we’ll give you a full quote and an honest delivery estimate before you commit.
Your crate is delivered to your address. If you’ve booked installation, our team unpacks, assembles and sets up on the spot. If you’re self-assembling, you’ll have everything you need plus the instructions and our support if you get stuck.
It’s rare, thanks to the crating, but if anything’s damaged in transit we’ll sort it out — contact us with photos and we’ll arrange a repair or replacement of the affected part promptly.
