Red Cedar and Finnish Thermo Pine both handle heat and humidity beautifully β cedar for its aroma and natural rot resistance, thermo pine for its stability in wet conditions. Japanese Hinoki is our premium pick. Canadian Hemlock is excellent value for indoor cabins. Weβll match the timber to your budget, look and location.
Outdoor saunas are fully weather-sealed for gardens, rooftops and pool decks. Indoor models are built for bathrooms, gyms and spare rooms. Both use the same indoor-rated electric stone heaters β the difference is the exterior cladding and weatherproofing.
It depends on the internal volume of the cabin. As a guide: 4.5kW for 3β6 mΒ³, 6kW for 5β8 mΒ³, 9kW for 8β11 mΒ³, 12kW for 11β15 mΒ³, 15kW for 13β18 mΒ³ and 18kW for 15β20 mΒ³. Above 20 mΒ³ takes two heaters. Up to and including 9kW runs on single phase; above that is three phase only, which in practice means anything from a six-person cabin upwards. We confirm the exact requirement in your quote so your electrician knows precisely what to install.
Our saunas are made to order in China and Vietnam, in the same factories every time, to our own designs and specifications. We control the drawings, the timber grade and the quality standard on every order, and we have worked with these factories for years. Everything is then delivered and, if you would like, installed by our own team anywhere in Thailand. We would rather tell you that plainly than let you find out later.
Yes. Alongside traditional stone-heater saunas, we offer infrared cabins, which warm the body directly at a lower air temperature. Theyβre popular for smaller spaces and gentler sessions. We can talk you through which suits you in a free consultation.
LΓΆyly is the burst of soft steam when water hits the hot stones β the bit that makes a sauna a sauna. All our traditional stone-heater saunas are built for it: pour water from the ladle over the stones and you get that wave of enveloping heat. Infrared cabins work differently and donβt produce lΓΆyly.
A home sauna reaches operating temperature (around 70β90Β°C) in about 30 to 40 minutes from cold, depending on size and heater. In Thailandβs warm climate youβre starting from a higher ambient temperature, so itβs usually at the quicker end of that range. Optional Wi-Fi heater control lets you pre-heat from your phone on the way home.
Yes β thatβs the point of made-to-order. Size, timber, glass (full-glass front, window or solid), bench layout, heater type and controls are all adjustable to your site, whether itβs a home garden, a rooftop or a full commercial circuit.

Two-person and four-person, by a wide margin. Two-person suits a home bathroom, a gym corner or a garden. Four-person suits a family or a small studio. Both are made to order, so the catalogue size is a starting point rather than a fixed footprint.
Often better than you would expect. A 3000 Γ 1500 room takes a comfortable two-person cabin. What it will not take is two bench tiers β you need about 1800 mm of depth for that.
Not strictly, but most people end up using the top one. Heat sits at the ceiling, so the upper bench runs hotter and that is where the session happens. If the depth allows it, have two.

No. Teak is excellent outdoors but it is hard and it gets hot to the touch, which makes it uncomfortable against skin inside a hot room. Red Cedar is the better choice for a sauna interior.
You will notice the timber near the door, which most people like. It does not travel through a house unless your air conditioning draws it. Red Cedar has the strongest scent, Japanese Cedar is softer, Thermo Pine has almost none.
No. A well-built sauna holds its heat and its moisture. Some warm air rises when the door opens, and that is all.
We build freestanding cabins rather than lining existing rooms. A cabin can sit against your walls, which uses slightly less timber on the outside and costs slightly less. Tell us which walls it will touch and we will design to that.
Our custom saunas disassemble and reassemble more easily than most, because of how they are built. It is a job for our team rather than a weekend, but it is genuinely possible, and several customers have specified a sauna on that basis.
They are not stocked, but we can build to order. Allow four to five weeks.
Both are food-grade and corrosion-resistant. 316 adds extra protection for coastal air and chlorinated water, so itβs the safer choice near the sea or beside a pool. 304 is excellent value everywhere else. Weβll recommend the right grade for your site. See ice baths.
Ice works to get started, but it melts fast in Thailand and gets expensive. A chiller holds a precise temperature day after day with no effort β itβs the easiest way to make cold therapy a daily habit rather than an occasional event.
Our chillers run from 0Β°C to 42Β°C, so the same unit chills in the hot season and heats in the cool one. Most people plunge between 3Β°C and 10Β°C. Beginners usually start around 12β15Β°C and work down over a few weeks.
Our chillers include filtration and ozone sanitation that keep the water fresh for weeks between changes: run the ozone for 30β60 minutes after each session with the lid on, and the hydrogen peroxide in the cleaning kit keeps the water clean in between (about 160 ml on a fresh 320 L fill, then ~50 ml a week, checked with a test strip). Both are safe on stainless, acrylic and PVC baths. We walk you through it at handover β itβs far less work than a pool.
Stainless steel tubs, timber-clad baths in cedar and thermo pine, acrylic plunge baths, barrel baths, and all-in-one baths with the chiller built in. Sizes run from single-person plunge tubs to larger baths for two or for commercial recovery rooms.
It comes down to how much water the bath holds and where it sits. Outdoors in the shade: the 1.0HP up to 600 litres, the 1.5HP up to 1,000 litres, the 2.0HP up to 1,400 litres. Indoors in an air-conditioned room: the 1.0HP up to 750 litres, the 1.5HP up to 1,200 litres, the 2.0HP up to 1,700 litres. In full sun, shade the bath and the chiller, or go one size up. Above 1,400 litres outdoors, talk to us and we will size it for you. Each ice bath page shows how much water it holds and offers only the chillers that suit it.
Running cost depends on the chiller size, your target temperature and how well the tub is insulated. A well-insulated bath holding 5Β°C costs far less to run than an open tub you re-chill from scratch each time. We can give you a realistic estimate for your setup.
Yes β thatβs exactly what a chiller is for. In Thailandβs climate a chiller does the heavy lifting that ice canβt, pulling the water down and holding it there even in full ambient heat. We recommend shade and good insulation to keep running costs down.
With filtration and sanitation running, most people go several weeks between full changes. Top up for evaporation, keep the sanitation cycle running, and rinse off before you get in to keep the water clean longer.
Yes. Our inflatable ice baths set up in minutes and pack away just as fast β the easiest way into cold therapy, and ideal for the home, events and pop-ups before you commit to a permanent plunge. They pair with a chiller when youβre ready.
Up to about five metres on a standard installation. Beyond that you need a circulation pump, larger pipework, insulation on both lines and a separate power supply β it becomes a plumbing job rather than a plug-in. We can do it, but tell us the distance up front.
It is weatherproof, but it should not sit in direct sun or take rain head-on. A ventilated timber housing with a grate at the back for the fans works well. Leave a gap behind so the hot air can escape, and keep it on wheels so it rolls out for filter cleaning.

No. A solid timber tub has to be emptied and refilled daily. If you want a chiller, you want a bath with a liner.

Yes, three ways. Come to the wellness garden and showroom in Ban Suan, Chonburi, ten minutes from Central Chonburi β there is a working sauna and ice baths you can use, by appointment. We hold finished samples of all four timbers. Or we will bring the samples to you: we travel anywhere in Thailand for a fee, and that fee comes off the price of your order when you buy. Most saunas are ready eight to ten weeks from order, as each is made to your specification. Once built, freight to your address typically takes a few days, with tracking provided. You can follow your build with weekly progress photos in your customer portal.

Everything ships in a purpose-built timber crate that protects the timber and glass in transit. The crate is easy to dispose of or repurpose once your saunaβs unpacked.

Your crate is delivered to your address. If youβve booked installation, our team unpacks, assembles and sets up on the spot. If youβre self-assembling, youβll have everything you need plus the instructions and our support if you get stuck.
Itβs rare, thanks to the crating, but if anythingβs damaged in transit weβll sort it out β contact us with photos and weβll arrange a repair or replacement of the affected part promptly.
Occasionally, depending on the unit and where it is. Send us photographs of the heater, the control gear and the cabin and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth us coming or whether a local electrician can sort it for less.

Yes β every sauna arrives in a sealed timber crate with the wall sections already built, and most assemble in a day with two or three people and the supplied instructions. No specialist tools needed. Prefer it done for you? Our team can handle the full install. Installation service.
Delivery to the spot, full assembly, levelling, fitting the heater, and a handover walkthrough so itβs ready to use the same day. Itβs the easy option if youβd rather not build it yourself.
A firm, level base β a concrete pad, deck or paved area β plus a power point within reach for the heater. We send a simple prep checklist before delivery so everythingβs ready when your sauna arrives.
The final hard-wire connection of the heater should be made by a licensed electrician β that part isnβt included, for safety and compliance. We supply the full heater specification and can recommend trusted local contractors.
Most saunas go up in around a day with two people. Larger combos or commercial rooms can take a little longer. The instructions are clear and the panels are pre-built, so itβs more assembly than construction.
Ice baths are largely plug-and-place β position the tub, connect the chiller and fill. Weβll guide you through setup and water care. For larger or plumbed-in commercial installs, we can arrange a full fit-out.
Yes β our installation service covers the country. Travel and access are factored into the quote. For tricky sites like rooftops or tight lanes, weβll plan the lift and any extra handling with you in advance.

Swimwear is required for the pool, the plunges and the sauna. We provide towels, flip-flops, a locker and your first drink free; showers, hairdryers and changing rooms are all on site. You can add a robe at booking for ΰΈΏ120.
Yes. Bring friends on single sessions or day passes, or book private hire to have the whole garden to yourselves for three hours β good for groups, families or a recovery session with your training partners.
Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 12 hours before your session. Inside 12 hours weβll move your booking to another day where we can. Visit packs and memberships are non-refundable but transferable.
