Build updatesWatch your sauna take shape
From week two or three, we upload progress photos to your customer portal each week. You’ll receive an email notification with each update so you can follow the build from anywhere.

Site preparationPrepare your foundation
You’ll need a flat, solid base that can carry the weight of a loaded sauna. We’ll send you the specifications so you know exactly what’s required before delivery day.

ElectricalArrange a licensed electrician
Book a qualified electrician ahead of delivery. We’ll provide a full electrical brief with everything they need: cable sizing, breaker requirements, and connection details.

CompletionPay the balance
Once your sauna passes final inspection and is ready to ship, we’ll ask you to settle the remaining balance before it leaves the workshop.

Your sauna is packed into a solid timber crate built specifically for it, then dispatched via freight to your address.
