Frequently Asked Questions
Does the kit include enough hydrogen peroxide for long-term use, or will I need to reorder?
The 500ml bottle is a starter supply. How long it lasts depends on tub size and how frequently you sanitise, but most users find it covers 4–8 weeks of regular use. Replacement bottles are available individually.
Are the test strips compatible with any ice bath, or only specific tubs?
The 30-strip pack tests pH, sanitiser level, and hardness and is compatible with any ice bath or cold plunge tub regardless of brand or material.
Will the cleaning brush scratch the inside of my tub?
The brush uses soft silicone bristles and is safe on acrylic, fibreglass, and stainless steel surfaces. Avoid using it with abrasive cleaning agents.
What temperature range does the floating thermometer cover?
The thermometer reads from −5°C to 50°C, which covers the full operating range of a chiller-cooled ice bath.
Can I buy the individual items separately if I only need one or two?
Yes, each item in the kit is also available for individual purchase. The kit price of ฿1,490 saves ฿280 compared with buying all six items separately at ฿1,770 total.

About this product

Overview

The 500ml hydrogen peroxide solution breaks down bacteria and biofilm without harsh chemicals or residue. Thirty water balance test strips check pH, sanitiser level, and hardness with a 60-second dip-and-read result. The stainless-steel-frame skimmer net quickly removes ice, debris, and leaves, while the long-handle cleaning brush, with soft silicone bristles, scrubs the tub interior without scratching acrylic, fibreglass, or stainless surfaces.

A floating thermometer with a clip-on tub attachment reads from −5°C to 50°C, and two ultra-absorbent microfibre cloths handle the rim, exterior, and chiller unit. Bought individually, the six items total ฿1,770; the kit price is ฿1,490.

  • Six-item kit covers sanitising, water testing, debris removal, scrubbing, temperature monitoring, and surface wiping
  • Hydrogen peroxide solution is residue-free and safe for acrylic, fibreglass, stainless and inflatable (PVC) baths
  • 30 water balance test strips check pH, sanitiser, and hardness in 60 seconds
  • UV-resistant nylon skimmer net with stainless steel frame removes ice and debris without rusting
  • Silicone-bristle brush with 45cm handle reaches the tub base without scratching surfaces
  • Floating thermometer reads −5°C to 50°C with a clip-on tub attachment
  • Two microfibre cloths for streak-free wiping of the rim, exterior, and chiller unit
  • Priced below the combined individual item cost — saves ฿280 versus buying separately
Delivery

The kit ships as a single parcel and is typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. Delivery is to the address provided at checkout; no special access or unloading equipment is required. If ordered alongside an ice bath or chiller, the kit will be consolidated into the same delivery where possible.

Installation

No assembly or installation is required. All items are ready to use out of the kit bag. No electrical or plumbing connections are needed. The floating thermometer clips directly onto the tub rim; the skimmer net and brush are handled manually.

Warranty

If an electrical item stops working within the warranty period, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.

Consumable items (hydrogen peroxide solution and test strips) are not covered by warranty. Hardware items (skimmer net, cleaning brush, thermometer, microfibre cloths) are covered against manufacturing defects for 3 months from date of purchase. Contact us with proof of purchase for assessment.

Care & Maintenance

- Rinse the skimmer net and cleaning brush with fresh water after each use and allow to air dry before storing.
- Keep the hydrogen peroxide solution sealed and stored away from direct sunlight; check the expiry date before use.
- Store test strips in their original sealed container with the lid firmly closed; moisture will degrade them.
- Wipe the floating thermometer dry after each session and inspect the clip attachment periodically for wear.
- Wash microfibre cloths separately from other laundry; do not use fabric softener, as it reduces absorbency.
- Replace the hydrogen peroxide solution and test strips when stocks run low; these are available individually.

Returns & Refunds

Stock items can be returned within 7 days of delivery in resalable condition. Custom and made to order items cannot be returned once production has begun. Faulty goods are repaired, replaced or refunded at our cost.

Common questions

Everything you want to know about saunas & heaters

Outdoor and indoor cabins, barrels, cylinders, cube and modern designs, plus sauna-and-shower combos — from a compact one-person unit up to fourteen-person commercial rooms. Every model is made to order and customisable to your space. Browse saunas.

Red Cedar and Finnish Thermo Pine both handle heat and humidity beautifully — cedar for its aroma and natural rot resistance, thermo pine for its stability in wet conditions. Japanese Hinoki is our premium pick. Canadian Hemlock is excellent value for indoor cabins. We’ll match the timber to your budget, look and location.

Outdoor saunas are fully weather-sealed for gardens, rooftops and pool decks. Indoor models are built for bathrooms, gyms and spare rooms. Both use the same indoor-rated electric stone heaters — the difference is the exterior cladding and weatherproofing.

It depends on the internal volume of the cabin. As a guide: 4.5kW for 3–6 m³, 6kW for 5–8 m³, 9kW for 8–11 m³, 12kW for 11–15 m³, 15kW for 13–18 m³ and 18kW for 15–20 m³. Above 20 m³ takes two heaters. Up to and including 9kW runs on single phase; above that is three phase only, which in practice means anything from a six-person cabin upwards. We confirm the exact requirement in your quote so your electrician knows precisely what to install.

Both are food-grade and corrosion-resistant. 316 adds extra protection for coastal air and chlorinated water, so it’s the safer choice near the sea or beside a pool. 304 is excellent value everywhere else. We’ll recommend the right grade for your site. See ice baths.

Ice works to get started, but it melts fast in Thailand and gets expensive. A chiller holds a precise temperature day after day with no effort — it’s the easiest way to make cold therapy a daily habit rather than an occasional event.

Our chillers run from 0°C to 42°C, so the same unit chills in the hot season and heats in the cool one. Most people plunge between 3°C and 10°C. Beginners usually start around 12–15°C and work down over a few weeks.

Our chillers include filtration and ozone sanitation that keep the water fresh for weeks between changes: run the ozone for 30–60 minutes after each session with the lid on, and the hydrogen peroxide in the cleaning kit keeps the water clean in between (about 160 ml on a fresh 320 L fill, then ~50 ml a week, checked with a test strip). Both are safe on stainless, acrylic and PVC baths. We walk you through it at handover — it’s far less work than a pool.

Yes, for saunas in commercial operation. A room running twelve hours a day carries four to six times the load of a home installation, and scheduled servicing is what keeps it performing and keeps the warranty intact. Commercial servicing.

Yes — every sauna arrives in a sealed timber crate with the wall sections already built, and most assemble in a day with two or three people and the supplied instructions. No specialist tools needed. Prefer it done for you? Our team can handle the full install. Installation service.

Delivery to the spot, full assembly, levelling, fitting the heater, and a handover walkthrough so it’s ready to use the same day. It’s the easy option if you’d rather not build it yourself.

A firm, level base — a concrete pad, deck or paved area — plus a power point within reach for the heater. We send a simple prep checklist before delivery so everything’s ready when your sauna arrives.

The final hard-wire connection of the heater should be made by a licensed electrician — that part isn’t included, for safety and compliance. We supply the full heater specification and can recommend trusted local contractors.
