Panels are pre-cut and labelled, so it assembles with just basic tools — most builds go together in a day. Prefer it done for you? Add our installation service.
A level surface — concrete, tile, decking or timber all work. A standard 240V power point nearby. That’s it for most builds up to 9kW.
Yes — the heater wiring must be done by a qualified electrician. We don’t carry out any electrical work ourselves. Once you’ve placed your order, we give you all the wiring information and the heater manual so your electrician has everything they need.
Assembly needs only basic tools, but we recommend a genuine handyman or professional to put it together — or use our installation service and we’ll handle the whole setup for you.
We confirm your full build spec — timber, size, heater, any custom dimensions. A deposit secures your production slot.

Reddish-brown with natural fragrance. The industry standard for outdoor saunas — Red Cedar’s natural oils repel moisture and resist decay without treatment. Performs best of any timber in Thailand’s heat and humidity. Available for all build types.
Lighter tone with straight, clean grain. Excellent moisture resistance and a naturally fresh scent. Performs well in humid climates and handles daily heat cycles without warping. A premium choice that ages beautifully. Available for all build types.
Pale gold with an exceptionally fine grain and a distinctive, calming fragrance — the same timber used in traditional Japanese onsen. The luxury choice for indoor builds. Not suited to outdoor use or direct moisture exposure.
Finnish pine, thermally modified through a heat treatment that darkens the wood and improves its stability. Good humidity resistance and solid durability. The most affordable timber on the range — a sensible entry point that performs well with regular maintenance. Available for all build types.
We size your heater to the internal volume of your room. Too small and it struggles to reach temperature. Too large and it overworks the timber. The builder calculates it — but here’s how it works.

Outdoor saunas are fully weather-sealed for gardens, rooftops and pool decks; indoor models are built for bathrooms, gyms and spare rooms. Both use indoor-rated electric heaters.
Most home saunas run on a dedicated single- or three-phase circuit sized to the heater. We’ll confirm the exact electrical requirement in your quote.
Both are food-grade and corrosion-resistant; 316 adds extra protection for coastal and chlorinated environments. We recommend the right grade for your site. See ice baths.
Ice works to get started, but a chiller holds a precise temperature day after day with no effort — the easiest way to make cold therapy a daily habit.
Our chillers take the water down to around 3°C and hold it there. Most people plunge between 3–10°C depending on experience.
A built-in filtration and sanitation cycle keeps the water fresh for weeks. We’ll walk you through simple water care at handover.

The Garden runs on advance bookings so every session has the space to itself — so book ahead if you can. That said, if you're passing and spot us, scan the sign at the gate or give us a call, and if there's room in the current session we'll happily wave you in.
