Lead time is 3–6 weeks from deposit (built to order). Deposit is refundable within 7 days of payment.

Delivery covers kerbside drop-off. The tub ships in a compact box and the chiller ships separately on a pallet; both are manageable with two people. Ensure clear vehicle access to the delivery address.

Unloading is the customer's responsibility. Check both boxes for damage before signing off with the courier.

Tub inflation
Unpack the tub from the carry backpack and lay it on a flat, clean surface. Attach the included inflation pump to the Air Valve port and inflate until the walls are firm and non-flexing (typically 10–15 minutes). The tub is ready for use immediately after inflation — no tools required.

Chiller connection
Connect the two included water pipes to the Water In (green) and Water Out (red) ports on the rear panel. Tighten finger-tight, then use the included waterproof tape on threaded joints if needed. Place the chiller unit beside the tub on a level surface with adequate airflow around the fan side. Plug into a standard 240V single-phase outlet. No licensed tradesperson is required for the hose connection, but ensure the power outlet is on a circuit rated for the chiller's running load.

First fill
Fill the tub with water via the open top or through the Water In port with the chiller running. Power on the chiller, set the target temperature via the touchscreen or the smartphone app, and allow the unit to reach the set point before use.

Using without a chiller
Cap the Water In and Water Out ports (factory caps are pre-fitted) and fill the tub manually with cold water and ice as needed.

Tub
- Rinse the interior with clean water after each use. Wipe down with a mild non-abrasive cleaner; avoid solvents or bleach-based products that can degrade the PVC.
- If algae or biofilm builds up, drain completely and clean with a dilute citric acid solution, then rinse thoroughly before refilling.
- Check inflation pressure before each session and top up with the included pump if needed.
- When storing deflated, ensure the tub is fully dry before folding to prevent mould forming inside the folds.
- Inspect the Water In, Air Valve, and Water Out port seals periodically; replace if cracking or leaking is evident.
- Use the included PVC patch repair kit to address any punctures promptly.

Chiller
- Clean or replace the cartridge filter regularly — frequency depends on water quality and usage. A spare filter is included; use the filter wrench for tool-free removal.
- The ozone disinfection system reduces the need for chemical dosing, but still check water clarity and odour weekly.
- Wipe down the chiller exterior with a damp cloth; do not direct water jets at the unit.
- Ensure the air-intake grille is unobstructed during operation.
- If storing for an extended period, drain the hoses and flush the circulation circuit with clean water.

Stock items can be returned within 7 days of delivery in resalable condition. Custom and made to order items cannot be returned once production has begun. Faulty goods are repaired, replaced or refunded at our cost.
