Three colour-coded ports on the rear panel (Water In, Air Valve, Water Out) allow direct connection to an electric chiller unit or use with manual ice. Factory-fitted watertight caps mean a chiller can be added at any time without modification. The included insulated thermal lid with safety buckles slows heat gain between sessions.
This listing includes the 1.5 HP chiller, which cools and heats water across a 0–42 °C range using an industrial-grade compressor rated at 4,085 W. A built-in cartridge filter and ozone disinfection system (up to 50 mg output) keep the water clean with minimal chemical use. An 88 W circulation pump moves water at 25 L/min. A 5-inch colour touchscreen and Wi-Fi connectivity via a smartphone app enable on-unit or remote temperature scheduling from iOS or Android.
When deflated, the tub packs down into the included carry backpack — practical for travel, temporary setups, or venues that store equipment between sessions.
Lead time is 3–6 weeks from deposit (built to order). Deposit is refundable within 7 days of payment.
Delivery covers kerbside drop-off. The tub ships in a compact box and the chiller ships separately on a pallet; both are manageable with two people. Ensure clear vehicle access to the delivery address.
Unloading is the customer's responsibility. Check both boxes for damage before signing off with the courier.
There is no installation. That is the point of an inflatable.
Setting up
Unroll it, inflate it with the pump supplied, and fill it. Fifteen minutes from box
to water. Take it down as quickly when you want the space back.
Base
Any flat surface that can take the weight. Grass, decking, tile, concrete. Clear
anything sharp from underneath first — a stone under an inflatable is the one
failure mode that matters.
Weight when full
Water is a kilogram a litre, and an inflatable holds more than it looks like it
does. Check the capacity in the specifications. On a balcony or a roof terrace,
check the loading before you fill it, because an inflatable gives you no warning
that it is heavy until it already is.
Draining and storage
Drain fully, dry it completely, then fold it. Storing an inflatable damp is how
they grow things and how the material degrades. Give it a day in the shade to dry
rather than folding it wet.
The chiller
The chiller is a separate unit that sits beside the bath, connected with the hoses
supplied. Inlet and outlet are 1/2 inch on both.
It needs its own dedicated circuit: 220-240 V single phase, a Type C breaker, and
its own 30 mA RCBO. Do not run it from an extension lead or share the circuit. A
compressor on a shared socket circuit trips it, and an outdoor extension lead
carrying a compressor is a genuine hazard.
Allow around 500 mm clear behind the chiller for airflow and keep it out of direct
afternoon sun.

Tub
- Rinse the interior with clean water after each use. Wipe down with a mild non-abrasive cleaner; avoid solvents or bleach-based products that can degrade the PVC.
- If algae or biofilm builds up, drain completely and clean with a dilute citric acid solution, then rinse thoroughly before refilling.
- Check inflation pressure before each session and top up with the included pump if needed.
- When storing deflated, ensure the tub is fully dry before folding to prevent mould forming inside the folds.
- Inspect the Water In, Air Valve, and Water Out port seals periodically; replace if cracking or leaking is evident.
- Use the included PVC patch repair kit to address any punctures promptly.
Chiller
- Clean or replace the cartridge filter regularly — frequency depends on water quality and usage. A spare filter is included; use the filter wrench for tool-free removal.
- The ozone disinfection system reduces the need for chemical dosing, but still check water clarity and odour weekly.
- Wipe down the chiller exterior with a damp cloth; do not direct water jets at the unit.
- Ensure the air-intake grille is unobstructed during operation.
- If storing for an extended period, drain the hoses and flush the circulation circuit with clean water.
Stock items can be returned within 7 days of delivery in resalable condition. Custom and made to order items cannot be returned once production has begun. Faulty goods are repaired, replaced or refunded at our cost.
Built to order
Every bath is made after the order is placed. Because nothing is built until you
order it, made-to-order baths cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
Anything faulty is covered under warranty.
Deposit and balance
A deposit confirms the order and starts production. The balance falls due before
dispatch. Your quote states both figures.
Prices
Quoted prices hold for 30 days. They include 7% VAT and delivery within Thailand.
They exclude electrical work, structural certification, crane hire and any site
preparation.
Site readiness
The base, the access route and the power supply are the customer's responsibility
and need to be ready on the delivery date. Where a bath is going onto a roof, a
balcony, a deck or any suspended floor, written structural sign-off is required
before delivery.
Changes
Specification changes are possible before production starts. Once the build is
under way a change may not be possible, and where it is, it may carry a cost.
Colour and grain
Timber is a natural material. Colour, grain and figure vary between boards and
between baths, and timber left outdoors changes colour over time. Photographs are
representative rather than exact.

Red Cedar and Finnish Thermo Pine both handle heat and humidity beautifully — cedar for its aroma and natural rot resistance, thermo pine for its stability in wet conditions. Japanese Hinoki is our premium pick. Canadian Hemlock is excellent value for indoor cabins. We’ll match the timber to your budget, look and location.
Outdoor saunas are fully weather-sealed for gardens, rooftops and pool decks. Indoor models are built for bathrooms, gyms and spare rooms. Both use the same indoor-rated electric stone heaters — the difference is the exterior cladding and weatherproofing.
It depends on the internal volume of the cabin. As a guide: 4.5kW for 3–6 m³, 6kW for 5–8 m³, 9kW for 8–11 m³, 12kW for 11–15 m³, 15kW for 13–18 m³ and 18kW for 15–20 m³. Above 20 m³ takes two heaters. Up to and including 9kW runs on single phase; above that is three phase only, which in practice means anything from a six-person cabin upwards. We confirm the exact requirement in your quote so your electrician knows precisely what to install.
Both are food-grade and corrosion-resistant. 316 adds extra protection for coastal air and chlorinated water, so it’s the safer choice near the sea or beside a pool. 304 is excellent value everywhere else. We’ll recommend the right grade for your site. See ice baths.
Ice works to get started, but it melts fast in Thailand and gets expensive. A chiller holds a precise temperature day after day with no effort — it’s the easiest way to make cold therapy a daily habit rather than an occasional event.
Our chillers run from 0°C to 42°C, so the same unit chills in the hot season and heats in the cool one. Most people plunge between 3°C and 10°C. Beginners usually start around 12–15°C and work down over a few weeks.
Our chillers include filtration and ozone sanitation that keep the water fresh for weeks between changes: run the ozone for 30–60 minutes after each session with the lid on, and the hydrogen peroxide in the cleaning kit keeps the water clean in between (about 160 ml on a fresh 320 L fill, then ~50 ml a week, checked with a test strip). Both are safe on stainless, acrylic and PVC baths. We walk you through it at handover — it’s far less work than a pool.

Yes, three ways. Come to the wellness garden and showroom in Ban Suan, Chonburi, ten minutes from Central Chonburi — there is a working sauna and ice baths you can use, by appointment. We hold finished samples of all four timbers. Or we will bring the samples to you: we travel anywhere in Thailand for a fee, and that fee comes off the price of your order when you buy. Delivery to the spot, full assembly, levelling, fitting the heater, and a handover walkthrough so it’s ready to use the same day. It’s the easy option if you’d rather not build it yourself.
A firm, level base — a concrete pad, deck or paved area — plus a power point within reach for the heater. We send a simple prep checklist before delivery so everything’s ready when your sauna arrives.
The final hard-wire connection of the heater should be made by a licensed electrician — that part isn’t included, for safety and compliance. We supply the full heater specification and can recommend trusted local contractors.
