How cold does it get without a chiller?

As cold as the ice you put in. Most people run a bag or two of ice for a session, then top up. If you want a set temperature held for you every day, pair the bath with a chiller.

Do I need a chiller straight away?

No. Every bath runs on ice alone. Start there, and add a chiller later if the ice cost or the daily filling starts to wear on you.

Where can I put it?

On ground-level hardscape such as concrete, tile or pavers. Keep it off timber decks and raised platforms, as a filled bath is heavy.

How long does setup take?

Inflate, position, fill. You can be in it the same afternoon it arrives, with no plumbing or trades required.

How is it delivered?

Boxed courier delivery anywhere in Thailand. Nothing needs assembling on site.

Can I see one before I buy?

Yes, by appointment at our Chonburi shop and wellness garden.

Both are food-grade and corrosion-resistant. 316 adds extra protection for coastal air and chlorinated water, so it’s the safer choice near the sea or beside a pool. 304 is excellent value everywhere else. We’ll recommend the right grade for your site. See ice baths.

Ice works to get started, but it melts fast in Thailand and gets expensive. A chiller holds a precise temperature day after day with no effort — it’s the easiest way to make cold therapy a daily habit rather than an occasional event.

Our chillers run from 0°C to 42°C, so the same unit chills in the hot season and heats in the cool one. Most people plunge between 3°C and 10°C. Beginners usually start around 12–15°C and work down over a few weeks.

Our chillers include filtration and ozone sanitation that keep the water fresh for weeks between changes: run the ozone for 30–60 minutes after each session with the lid on, and the hydrogen peroxide in the cleaning kit keeps the water clean in between (about 160 ml on a fresh 320 L fill, then ~50 ml a week, checked with a test strip). Both are safe on stainless, acrylic and PVC baths. We walk you through it at handover — it’s far less work than a pool.

Stainless steel tubs, timber-clad baths in cedar and thermo pine, acrylic plunge baths, barrel baths, and all-in-one baths with the chiller built in. Sizes run from single-person plunge tubs to larger baths for two or for commercial recovery rooms.

It comes down to how much water the bath holds and where it sits. Outdoors in the shade: the 1.0HP up to 600 litres, the 1.5HP up to 1,000 litres, the 2.0HP up to 1,400 litres. Indoors in an air-conditioned room: the 1.0HP up to 750 litres, the 1.5HP up to 1,200 litres, the 2.0HP up to 1,700 litres. In full sun, shade the bath and the chiller, or go one size up. Above 1,400 litres outdoors, talk to us and we will size it for you. Each ice bath page shows how much water it holds and offers only the chillers that suit it.

The room dimensions, whether it is indoor or outdoor, how many people, and roughly where you are. If you have a floor plan, send that. From those four things we can quote accurately.

Yes, three ways. Come to the wellness garden and showroom in Ban Suan, Chonburi, ten minutes from Central Chonburi — there is a working sauna and ice baths you can use, by appointment. We hold finished samples of all four timbers. Or we will bring the samples to you: we travel anywhere in Thailand for a fee, and that fee comes off the price of your order when you buy.
