01 What you are buying
A 46 mm wall, layer by layer.
Most indoor saunas sold in Thailand are a single board of timber. This one is a four-layer insulated panel: the heat stays in the cabin, the timber stays dry, and the room around it stays cool.

Dense, pale and even-grained. Stable in heat and humidity; the cooler timber to sit on.

05 Your part, our part
What you prepare, and what we do.
Your part
- A level floor. Tile, concrete or timber that carries loaded. Level across the footprint.
- A floor waste nearby. The cabin has its own drain; a floor waste or a gully in the room lets it run away.
- Clearance. About 7 cm behind for the panel and airflow, 75 cm in front for the door.
- A power run by your electrician. heater → → breaker → cable , . We do not do electrical wiring; this one-page sheet tells your electrician exactly what to run.
- Access cleared. A 0.80 m path from the kerb, with no steps unless a ramp or a crane is arranged.
- Someone home on the day. To sign for the crate and show the team where it goes.

Our part
- Build it to order. Made to order by our manufacturing partner to our drawings, with build photos on your order page.
- Deliver it duty paid. We handle the transport, customs and import duty. No extra bills on arrival.
- Deliver it free. Kerbside anywhere in mainland Thailand; the Gulf islands carry a ferry surcharge.
- Install it, if you choose. From ฿12,000 by region, 20% off at the moment. We book the build day with you, usually within a few days of delivery. How installation works.
- Stand behind it. Two-year structural warranty on the cabin; the heater and controls carry their maker's warranty, serviced from Chonburi.

06 Delivery
Order today, delivered in 8-12 weeks from deposit.
Made to order, so the timeframe is a range rather than a date. We confirm the delivery week once your sauna has landed in Thailand, and the day three days ahead.

Kerbside, by truck
. The driver does not unload; our installation team or your people lift the crate off.
Tail-lift or crane
A tail-lift truck, or a crane when the crate must go over a wall, is arranged for you and charged at cost. Tell us about your access and we quote it with the sauna.
Islands
Koh Samui, Koh Phangan, Koh Tao, Koh Chang carry a ferry surcharge of ฿1,500, shown when you choose the Islands region. Phuket is bridged and delivers as mainland. About delivery.

Two people, . The panels are numbered and pre-drilled; nothing is cut on site. The heater is connected by your electrician.

One price by region, chosen in the configurator above — 20% off at the moment. The team builds the sauna, connects the heater to the supply your electrician has run, and tests it with you. We book the build day with you once the delivery is confirmed; it is usually within a few days of the truck, and a larger sauna can take more than one day.

What customers ask us
The 1.2 × 1.0 m cabin needs a floor area of 1.30 × 1.85 m and 1.90 m of ceiling height; add 0.10 m to the width and 0.85 m to the depth of any size. That covers the door opening outward and a small working gap; placed against a wall it needs only a little airflow behind it. The Will-it-fit tool above checks all 3 sizes against your room at once.
Yes, as a freestanding cabin. It stands on its own insulated floor with all four walls, and can be placed against your existing walls with a little airflow behind. It is not fixed to the house, so it can come out again. We do not build saunas into a room's own walls.
Yes. The panels unscrew, so two people can take it down in about half a day and rebuild it elsewhere. We can do the move for you; ask for a quote.
8-12 weeks from deposit to your door. We confirm the delivery week once your sauna has landed in Thailand.
Either you, with two people and a cordless drill — the panels are numbered and pre-drilled — or the RonYen team on the day it arrives, quoted for your site. Upcountry, one of our technicians can supervise your own builder.
A dedicated circuit sized to the heater. The page works it out for the heater you choose and prints the current, breaker and cable size for your electrician; 12 kW and above is three phase. We do not do the electrical wiring: your electrician runs the cable to the sauna and connects the heater.
A little. The cabin has an adjustable vent; the room it sits in wants a window or an extractor to clear the warm, damp air after a session, the same as any bathroom.
Two years structural on the cabin. The heater and controls carry the manufacturer's warranty, and claims come to RonYen in Chonburi, not to a factory abroad.
Made to order by our manufacturing partner, to RonYen's drawings and timber specification, and delivered with duty paid. Nothing is stocked and nothing is cut on site.
