Three power outputs cover rooms from 9 m³ up to 30 m³, and the heater accepts 40 kg of sauna stones (ø 5–10 cm) for dense, sustained steam production. All models operate on 400 V / three-phase supply and require a separately purchased external control unit — no integrated controller is included.
The compact footprint (435 × 470 mm base, 640 mm tall) makes installation practical in both corner and wall-adjacent positions, with defined safety clearances that are easy to meet in a well-planned room. Adjustable floor-mounted feet allow levelling on uneven surfaces.
Lead time is subject to stock availability — confirm at time of order. The heater ships freight and is delivered to kerbside or building entrance; placement inside the sauna room is not included. The unit is heavy (approx. 40 kg stone load separate) — arrange adequate labour for unloading and positioning. Ensure clear vehicle access to the delivery address. Packaging should be inspected for transit damage before the driver leaves.
The Vega Pro is a floor-standing unit that installs directly on the sauna room floor. Adjustable feet allow levelling on slightly uneven surfaces. Position the heater so that all minimum safety clearances are observed: refer to the dimensional diagram for clearances A (front/side), B (side wall), C (ceiling), D (floor to ceiling above unit), and E (rear).
All models run on 400 V three-phase (3N~) power. Cable sizing and breaker ratings vary by model — 5 × 2.5 mm² / 3 × 16 A for the 10.5 kW, 5 × 4.0 mm² / 3 × 20 A for the 13.5 kW, and 5 × 6.0 mm² / 3 × 25 A for the 16.5 kW. A licensed electrician must carry out all wiring.
An external control unit is required and must be purchased separately. The control unit is mounted outside the sauna room; follow the control unit manufacturer's installation guide for cable routing through the wall. Load the 40 kg of sauna stones (ø 5–10 cm) only after electrical installation is complete and before the first heat-up.
If an electrical item stops working within the warranty period, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.
Unit carries the manufacturer's standard warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Verify specific duration and terms with the supplier at time of purchase, as commercial-use warranty periods may differ from residential.
Stones
- Inspect sauna stones every 1–2 months. Remove, rinse, and discard any that have cracked or crumbled, as broken stones restrict airflow and can overheat the element.
- Replace the full stone load every 1–2 years under regular commercial use.
Housing
- Wipe the stainless steel exterior with a damp cloth after the room has cooled. Avoid abrasive pads or chlorine-based cleaners, which can pit the surface.
- Keep the ventilation slots clear of lint, dirt, and moisture build-up.
General
- Do not pour excessive water directly onto the heating element; ladle water onto the stones only.
- Allow the heater to cool fully before performing any cleaning or stone maintenance.
- Have a licensed electrician inspect wiring connections annually in high-use commercial settings.
