It ships flat-packed for self-assembly, is made to order, and is available in three timber options to suit your space. The sauna arrives flat-packed for self-assembly. Two people with basic tools can put it together in 1β2 days using the supplied manual and video guides. Weβre always on hand by chat, phone or video call if you need help.
Prefer not to do it yourself? Professional installation is available across Thailand β quoted separately when you order. Heater wiring must always be completed by a licensed electrician; we supply full electrical specifications and wiring diagrams with every order.

Ice works to get started, but a chiller holds a precise temperature day after day with no effort β the easiest way to make cold therapy a daily habit.
Our chillers take the water down to around 3Β°C and hold it there. Most people plunge between 3β10Β°C depending on experience.
