Outlines are drawn to scale against each other. Capacity follows from the footprint.

Any footprint can be built at any of the three heights. Height is what decides how deep you sit.

Specification

Stainless grade

Spec · 4 of 6

Both grades are fully hygienic and corrosion-resistant. 316 adds molybdenum, which resists chlorides — worth it near the coast, beside a chlorinated pool, or in commercial use.

Timber

Spec · 5 of 6

Neither timber is sealed or chemically treated. The drawing takes the colour you pick.

Chiller

Spec · 6 of 6

A chiller holds the water at the temperature you set, so there is no ice to buy or haul. We work the size out from the water volume.

02 The interior

Two grades of stainless. Here's which one you want.

Both are offered across the whole range. Neither is the wrong answer — it comes down to the water and the air where the bath will live.

Fully hygienic, corrosion-resistant and non-porous. It suits the large majority of domestic installations: an inland home, a garden or a terrace, filled with treated fresh water. This is what most baths ship with.

316 contains molybdenum, which is what gives it its resistance to chlorides. Choose it if the bath sits near the coast and takes salt air, if it will live beside a chlorinated pool, or if it is going into commercial use with heavy sanitiser cycling. Over years in those conditions, 304 can pit around welds and fittings where 316 does not.

This one is not a grade question. A steel shell with insulation behind it loses heat far more slowly than a single skin of moulded plastic or fibreglass, and that is true of 304 and 316 alike. In practice the chiller cycles less often to hold your set temperature, and the water is still cold if you leave it a day.

Both grades are also one welded, non-porous surface, so there is no seam or textured liner for biofilm to sit in.

If the bath is inland and domestic, 304 does the job. If it is coastal, poolside or commercial, specify 316.

03 The exterior

Two timbers, neither of them sealed.

Red cedar is the default and thermo pine is the value option. Each resists rot on its own terms, and neither one is chemically treated.

Western red cedar contains thujaplicins, the oils that make it resistant to rot and insects without treatment. Nothing is pressure-treated and nothing needs re-coating on a schedule. If you want to hold the honey colour, an annual oil is optional rather than maintenance.

Thermo pine gets its durability from heat, not preservative. Kilning at high temperature breaks down the sugars that fungi feed on, so there is nothing left in the timber for rot to live off. No chemistry goes into it, and the process also settles the timber down so it moves less afterwards.

Everything holding the bath together is stainless: the tensioning bands around the shell, the through-fittings for the drain and the chiller lines, the fixings behind the staves and the bolts you never see. There is no mild steel anywhere on the bath, and no galvanised or plated fastener that can lose its coating and start bleeding rust down the timber.

That matters more here than it does on a sauna. A bath is wet on the inside permanently and gets splashed on the outside every session, and cold water holds more dissolved oxygen than warm. Any ordinary fastener in that position stains the timber around it within a season.

The bands are tensioned on assembly and can be re-tensioned by hand if the timber settles in the first months.

06 Getting it there

Read the filled weight before you choose where it goes.

Water is the heaviest thing about an ice bath. On the largest size it is the constraint that decides whether the bath can stand where you want it.

A 2000 mm circular at 800 mm holds
1,885 kg of water

That is almost two tonnes, before the weight of the bath itself. It cannot go on a timber deck, a balcony, a roof terrace or a suspended slab without a structural engineer signing off the load. On a ground-level slab or compacted ground it is not an issue.

Lead time

4–6 weeks from deposit to delivery. We confirm the date when the order is placed, not after.

Delivery

Free to any mainland address in Thailand. Island addresses carry a ferry surcharge, quoted before you pay.

Access

The bath arrives assembled, so the tight point is usually a gate or a side path. You will need a clear route to get it to your location.

Placing it

Level ground, a drain or a run-off point nearby, and a power point within reach if you are taking a chiller. We set the bath, level it and connect the chiller.

Everything you want to know about saunas & heaters

Outdoor and indoor cabins, barrels, cylinders and sauna + shower combos — from a compact one-person unit up to ten-person commercial rooms, all customisable to your space. Browse saunas.

Western Red Cedar and Finnish Thermo Pine both handle heat and humidity beautifully; Hinoki is our premium pick. We’ll match the timber to your budget and location.

Outdoor saunas are fully weather-sealed for gardens, rooftops and pool decks; indoor models are built for bathrooms, gyms and spare rooms. Both use indoor-rated electric heaters.

Most home saunas run on a dedicated single- or three-phase circuit sized to the heater. We’ll confirm the exact electrical requirement in your quote.

Both are food-grade and corrosion-resistant; 316 adds extra protection for coastal and chlorinated environments. We recommend the right grade for your site. See ice baths.

Ice works to get started, but a chiller holds a precise temperature day after day with no effort — the easiest way to make cold therapy a daily habit.

Our chillers take the water down to around 3°C and hold it there. Most people plunge between 3–10°C depending on experience.

A built-in filtration and sanitation cycle keeps the water fresh for weeks. We’ll walk you through simple water care at handover.

We’re open now in Chonburi, Thursday to Sunday, with Founding Member pricing until 30 September. The full experience opens 4 September — book ahead to be sure of a spot. Book a visit.

The Garden runs on advance bookings so every session has the space to itself — so book ahead if you can. That said, if you're passing and spot us, scan the sign at the gate or give us a call, and if there's room in the current session we'll happily wave you in.

Saunas, ice baths, a swimming pool and shaded lounge areas — everything you need for the full hot-and-cold circuit. Explore the garden.

The Wellness Garden is in Chonburi, easily reached from Bangkok and Pattaya. Full directions and parking details are on the garden page.

Yes — most saunas assemble in a day with two or three people and clear instructions. Prefer it done for you? Our team can handle the full install. Installation service.

Delivery to the spot, full assembly, levelling, heater fitting and a handover walkthrough so it’s ready to use the same day.

A firm, level base — a concrete pad, deck or paved area — plus a nearby power point. We’ll send a simple prep checklist before delivery.

Final connection should be made by a licensed electrician. We provide the full specification and can recommend trusted local contractors.

Yes — we deliver right across Thailand by freight, and ship internationally on request. Delivery details.

Most saunas are ready eight to ten weeks from order. Once built, freight to your address typically takes a few days, with tracking provided.

Standard nationwide delivery is included. For tricky access — rooftops, tight lanes or upper floors — we’ll quote any crane or extra handling up front.

Everything ships in a purpose-built timber crate to protect the timber and glass in transit — and the crate is easy to dispose of or repurpose.
