Thirty water balance test strips check pH, sanitiser level, and hardness with a 60-second dip-and-read result. The stainless-steel-frame skimmer net quickly removes ice, debris, and leaves, while the long-handle cleaning brush, with soft silicone bristles, scrubs the tub interior without scratching acrylic, fibreglass, or stainless surfaces.

A floating thermometer with a clip-on tub attachment reads from −5°C to 50°C, and two ultra-absorbent microfibre cloths handle the rim, exterior, and chiller unit. Bought individually, the six items total ฿1,770; the kit price is ฿1,490.

The kit ships as a single parcel and is typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. Delivery is to the address provided at checkout; no special access or unloading equipment is required. If ordered alongside an ice bath or chiller, the kit will be consolidated into the same delivery where possible.

No assembly or installation is required. All items are ready to use out of the kit bag. No electrical or plumbing connections are needed. The floating thermometer clips directly onto the tub rim; the skimmer net and brush are handled manually.

If an electrical item stops working within the warranty period, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.

Consumable items (hydrogen peroxide solution and test strips) are not covered by warranty. Hardware items (skimmer net, cleaning brush, thermometer, microfibre cloths) are covered against manufacturing defects for 3 months from date of purchase. Contact us with proof of purchase for assessment.

- Rinse the skimmer net and cleaning brush with fresh water after each use and allow to air dry before storing.
- Keep the hydrogen peroxide solution sealed and stored away from direct sunlight; check the expiry date before use.
- Store test strips in their original sealed container with the lid firmly closed; moisture will degrade them.
- Wipe the floating thermometer dry after each session and inspect the clip attachment periodically for wear.
- Wash microfibre cloths separately from other laundry; do not use fabric softener, as it reduces absorbency.
- Replace the hydrogen peroxide solution and test strips when stocks run low; these are available individually.
