Frequently Asked Questions
Does this heater include a control panel or controller?
No. All Vega Pro models require a separately purchased external control unit. The heater has no integrated controls — you must order a compatible controller and mount it outside the sauna room.
What power supply does the Vega Pro require?
All three models run on 400 V three-phase (3N~). This is a commercial-grade electrical supply; a licensed electrician must carry out the connection. It is not compatible with standard single-phase household circuits.
Which model suits my sauna room size?
The 10.5 kW suits rooms of 9–15 m³, the 13.5 kW covers 11–20 m³, and the 16.5 kW is rated for 16–30 m³. If your room is heavily tiled or poorly insulated, size up.
How much stone does the heater hold, and what size stones do I need?
All models hold 40 kg of sauna stones. Stones should be ø 5–10 cm — stones supplied with the unit meet this specification. Avoid smaller stones, which can fall through the basket and damage elements.
What are the minimum safety clearances I need to allow during installation?
Clearances vary slightly by model. For the 10.5 kW: 50 mm front (A), 150 mm side (B), 50 mm ceiling (C), 1250 mm floor-to-obstruction (D), 50 mm rear (E). The 13.5 kW and 16.5 kW require 80–100 mm on A, B and C sides, and 1450 mm for D. Refer to the installation diagram for your specific model.

About this heater

Overview

Three power outputs cover rooms from 9 m³ up to 30 m³, and the heater accepts 40 kg of sauna stones (ø 5–10 cm) for dense, sustained steam production. All models operate on 400 V / three-phase supply and require a separately purchased external control unit — no integrated controller is included.

The compact footprint (435 × 470 mm base, 640 mm tall) makes installation practical in both corner and wall-adjacent positions, with defined safety clearances that are easy to meet in a well-planned room. Adjustable floor-mounted feet allow levelling on uneven surfaces.

Delivery

Lead time is subject to stock availability — confirm at time of order. The heater ships freight and is delivered to kerbside or building entrance; placement inside the sauna room is not included. The unit is heavy (approx. 40 kg stone load separate) — arrange adequate labour for unloading and positioning. Ensure clear vehicle access to the delivery address. Packaging should be inspected for transit damage before the driver leaves.

Installation

The Vega Pro is a floor-standing unit that installs directly on the sauna room floor. Adjustable feet allow levelling on slightly uneven surfaces. Position the heater so that all minimum safety clearances are observed: refer to the dimensional diagram for clearances A (front/side), B (side wall), C (ceiling), D (floor to ceiling above unit), and E (rear).

All models run on 400 V three-phase (3N~) power. Cable sizing and breaker ratings vary by model — 5 × 2.5 mm² / 3 × 16 A for the 10.5 kW, 5 × 4.0 mm² / 3 × 20 A for the 13.5 kW, and 5 × 6.0 mm² / 3 × 25 A for the 16.5 kW. A licensed electrician must carry out all wiring.

An external control unit is required and must be purchased separately. The control unit is mounted outside the sauna room; follow the control unit manufacturer's installation guide for cable routing through the wall. Load the 40 kg of sauna stones (ø 5–10 cm) only after electrical installation is complete and before the first heat-up.

Warranty

If an electrical item stops working within the warranty period, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.

Unit carries the manufacturer's standard warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Verify specific duration and terms with the supplier at time of purchase, as commercial-use warranty periods may differ from residential.

Care & Maintenance

Stones
- Inspect sauna stones every 1–2 months. Remove, rinse, and discard any that have cracked or crumbled, as broken stones restrict airflow and can overheat the element.
- Replace the full stone load every 1–2 years under regular commercial use.

Housing
- Wipe the stainless steel exterior with a damp cloth after the room has cooled. Avoid abrasive pads or chlorine-based cleaners, which can pit the surface.
- Keep the ventilation slots clear of lint, dirt, and moisture build-up.

General
- Do not pour excessive water directly onto the heating element; ladle water onto the stones only.
- Allow the heater to cool fully before performing any cleaning or stone maintenance.
- Have a licensed electrician inspect wiring connections annually in high-use commercial settings.

Everything you want to know about saunas & heaters

Outdoor and indoor cabins, barrels, cylinders and sauna + shower combos — from a compact one-person unit up to ten-person commercial rooms, all customisable to your space. Browse saunas.

Western Red Cedar and Finnish Thermo Pine both handle heat and humidity beautifully; Hinoki is our premium pick. We’ll match the timber to your budget and location.

Outdoor saunas are fully weather-sealed for gardens, rooftops and pool decks; indoor models are built for bathrooms, gyms and spare rooms. Both use indoor-rated electric heaters.

Most home saunas run on a dedicated single- or three-phase circuit sized to the heater. We’ll confirm the exact electrical requirement in your quote.

Both are food-grade and corrosion-resistant; 316 adds extra protection for coastal and chlorinated environments. We recommend the right grade for your site. See ice baths.

Ice works to get started, but a chiller holds a precise temperature day after day with no effort — the easiest way to make cold therapy a daily habit.

Our chillers take the water down to around 3°C and hold it there. Most people plunge between 3–10°C depending on experience.

A built-in filtration and sanitation cycle keeps the water fresh for weeks. We’ll walk you through simple water care at handover.

We soft-open on 30 July 2026 in Chonburi (with Founding Member pricing) and fully open on 4 September — and booking is open now, so you can reserve a session ahead. Book a visit.

The Garden runs on advance bookings so every session has the space to itself — so book ahead if you can. That said, if you're passing and spot us, scan the sign at the gate or give us a call, and if there's room in the current session we'll happily wave you in.

Saunas, ice baths, a swimming pool and shaded lounge areas — everything you need for the full hot-and-cold circuit. Explore the garden.
