The Wellness Garden is where we put everything we build to work. Move between a sauna, a cold plunge, a swimming pool and a shaded lounge at your own pace — the full contrast routine, no membership required to start.
It’s deliberately unfussy. No loud music, no hard sell. Come on your own to reset, bring a friend, or book the whole garden out for a group. Cold drinks and a cool, air-conditioned room are there whenever you need a break from the heat.

What’s in the garden
Six spaces, one circuit. Move through them in any order — most people cycle hot to cold a few times, then cool off in the pool or the lounge.

Ice Baths
Chiller-fed plunges held at a steady 8–12°C. Three tubs so you rarely wait, with a rinse station and timer between them.

A shaded lap-and-lounge pool to swim or float between rounds — the gentle middle ground between the heat and the cold.

How a visit works
First time? It’s simpler than it looks. Here’s the shape of a typical session.

Pick a date, a time and how many of you are coming. Pay online or reserve and pay on arrival.

Arrive & check in
Come 10 minutes early. We’ll give you a quick orientation, a locker and a towel.

Run the circuit
Warm up in the sauna, plunge into the cold, then rest. Repeat a few rounds — swim or use the pool in between.

Cool down & refuel
Finish in the air-conditioned room with a cold-pressed juice or tea before you head off.

We're in a private gated community in Chonburi. When you arrive, look for the RönYen sign at the gate and we'll open the boom gate for you. We'll send a reminder before your visit.

Frequently asked
Do I need to book in advance?
We open on 30 July 2026 and booking is open now — reserving online guarantees your slot and lets you add extras ahead of time. Walk-ins will be welcome when there’s space, but weekends and evenings get busy.
What should I wear?
Swimwear is required for the pool, the plunges and the sauna. Bring sandals and a change of clothes. Towels, flip-flops, lockers, showers and hairdryers are all provided.
Is it suitable for first-timers?
Absolutely. Most first visits start with a quick orientation, and our hosts will walk you through a safe hot-cold routine. No experience needed.
Can I bring a group?
Yes. For groups, families or events, Private Hire gives you exclusive use of the garden for up to 8 people — get in touch and we’ll arrange it.
What payment methods do you accept?
Online you can pay securely by credit or debit card. You can also reserve now and pay on arrival by card or cash. Memberships are billed monthly to your card.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 12 hours before your session. Inside 12 hours we’ll move your booking to another day where we can. Visit packs and memberships are non-refundable but transferable.
