Built-in filtration combines a cartridge filter with an ozone disinfection system (up to 50 mg output) to keep water clean without daily chemical dosing. The 88 W circulation pump moves 25 L/min, and all water-contact fittings are aluminium alloy for durability.
A 5-inch colour touchscreen on the front face provides direct control, and Wi-Fi connectivity via the Tuya app enables remote scheduling and temperature adjustments on iOS or Android. The unit ships on four lockable castor wheels and is compact enough (550 × 400 × 480 mm) to position beside any standard bath or tub. Five finish options are available at no extra cost.
Lead time is typically 2–4 weeks from order confirmation, depending on stock availability and destination. Delivery is kerbside only — the unit will be offloaded at the front of your property. At 46–50 kg the chiller requires two people to move from the delivery point to its installation location; the supplier ships on a reinforced pallet. Ensure vehicle access to your address is clear for a standard delivery truck. Contact us before ordering if your access is restricted (narrow driveway, stairs, etc.).
The chiller arrives pre-assembled. To set up, attach the four included lockable castor wheels to the base using the supplied cap nuts and spanner tool, then connect the two water hoses between the chiller's aluminium alloy inlet/outlet ports and your ice bath or tub. Wrap connections with the included waterproof tape for a secure seal. Use the filter bottle wrench to seat the cartridge filter before filling.
No plumbing trades are required — standard push-fit hose connections. The 1.5 HP model draws up to 12.5 A at 110–127 V — verify your circuit capacity before use. Download the Tuya smart app to complete Wi-Fi pairing after power-on.
If an electrical item stops working within the warranty period, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.
This product carries a 16-month manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, or failure to maintain the unit per the user manual guidelines.
Filter cleaning
- Remove and rinse the cartridge filter element regularly — frequency depends on use and water quality. A spare element is included for rotation.
- Use the filter bottle wrench to open the filter housing; no other tools needed.
- The small inline pre-filter should be checked and cleaned at the same time.
Water quality
- The ozone disinfection system runs automatically to reduce bacteria. Supplement with appropriate water sanitiser if the bath is used frequently or by multiple people.
- Drain and refill the bath water every 4–6 weeks under normal use, or sooner if the water becomes cloudy.
General maintenance
- Keep the cooling fan face clear of debris and dust. Wipe down with a damp cloth as needed.
- Check hose connections and waterproof tape seals periodically for any weeping.
- Avoid spraying water directly onto the unit's electrical panel or touchscreen.
- If storing the unit for an extended period, drain all water from the hoses and filter housing to prevent mould and scale build-up.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners on the housing or touchscreen.
