Inflatable 4 Person Ice Bath

Built from military-grade drop-stitch PVC, this octagonal inflatable tub inflates to a rigid, hard-sided structure capable of handling the water pressure and weight of a full plunge. The walls firm up in the same way as a stand-up paddleboard, so there is no flex or wobble once inflated to the correct PSI.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to inflate and set up the tub?
Inflation with the included manual pump takes roughly 10–20 minutes. An optional electric pump reduces this significantly. After inflation, you fill the tub with water and add ice or connect a chiller — total setup time from bag to ready-to-use is usually under 30 minutes.
Can I connect a chiller to this tub, or is it ice-only?
The tub has pre-drilled water inlet and outlet ports with watertight caps, so you can run it with manual ice or connect an electric chiller at any time. No modification to the tub is required to add a chiller later.
How many people can use this tub at once?
The tub is rated for up to 10 people. The 180 cm inner diameter gives enough room for multiple bathers seated upright. In practice, most users find 2–4 people comfortable for a cold plunge session.
Is the tub suitable for outdoor use in direct sunlight?
Yes, though prolonged exposure to direct sunlight will accelerate UV degradation of the PVC over time. Using the insulated lid when the tub is not in use, and positioning it in a shaded spot where possible, will extend the lifespan of the material.
What happens if the PVC gets a puncture?
Minor punctures can be repaired with the included repair and patch kit, which contains heavy-duty PVC patches and adhesive. Deflate the tub, locate the puncture, dry the area, apply the patch per the instructions, and allow it to cure fully before re-inflating.

About this ice bath

Overview

The tub measures 200 cm across the outer diameter and 180 cm on the inner diameter, with 80 cm of wall height — enough depth for a seated full-body plunge. Pre-drilled water inlet and outlet ports with watertight caps let you run the tub with manual ice from day one, then connect an electric chiller later without any modification.

The insulated thermal lid clips shut with safety buckles to hold temperature when the tub is not in use. When you are done, the entire setup deflates and packs into the included heavy-duty carry bag for storage or transport.

Delivery

Lead times are not specified in the supplier material — confirm current stock and dispatch timeframes at the time of order.

Delivery is kerbside unless otherwise arranged. The packed tub ships in a single bag/box and can typically be handled by one or two people. No crane or forklift access is required.

Ensure a clear path to the intended setup location before delivery. The deflated tub is bulky but manageable without specialist equipment.

Installation

Setup requires no tools and no trades. Unfold the tub on a flat, level surface indoors or outdoors. Use the included high-pressure pump (manual double-action or electric plug-in) to inflate the walls to the recommended PSI — the tub label shows the target pressure. Inflation typically takes 10–20 minutes with the manual pump, less with an electric pump.

Once inflated, connect a garden hose to fill the tub with water, then add ice or connect a chiller unit via the pre-drilled inlet and outlet ports. The coloured port labels (green = Water IN, red = Water OUT) identify the correct connections. No plumbing or electrical work is required for ice-only use. If adding an electric chiller, a standard single-phase power outlet within reach of the hose set is sufficient — no hardwiring needed.

Deflation and pack-down for storage or transport takes around 10–15 minutes.

Warranty

If an electrical item stops working within the warranty period, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.

1 year warranty. Does not include natural wear and tear and misuse.

Care & Maintenance

Cleaning after each use
- Drain the tub fully via the drain valve and rinse the interior with fresh water.
- Wipe the interior surface with a mild, non-abrasive cleaner and rinse thoroughly. Avoid harsh solvents or bleach, which can degrade the PVC coating.
- Allow the tub to dry completely before deflating and packing away to prevent mould and mildew.

Water management
- Change the water regularly — weekly for frequent use, or sooner if the water becomes cloudy or develops an odour.
- If using a chiller, follow the chiller unit's maintenance schedule for filters and seals.

Inflation pressure
- Check and top up inflation pressure before each session if the tub has been stored deflated for an extended period.
- Do not over-inflate beyond the recommended PSI shown on the inflation valve label.

Storage
- Store deflated in the provided carry bag in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight and sharp objects.
- Inspect the PVC surface for any small punctures before each use. Use the included repair/patch kit for minor damage.

What to avoid
- Sharp objects, pet claws, and abrasive surfaces near the tub walls.
- Leaving the tub filled and unattended in direct sunlight for extended periods, which accelerates UV degradation.
- Folding the tub tightly at the same crease points every time — vary the fold lines to reduce wear.

Returns & Refunds

Stock items can be returned within 7 days of delivery in resalable condition. Custom and made to order items cannot be returned once production has begun. Faulty goods are repaired, replaced or refunded at our cost.

Everything you want to know about saunas & heaters

Outdoor and indoor cabins, barrels, cylinders and sauna + shower combos — from a compact one-person unit up to ten-person commercial rooms, all customisable to your space. Browse saunas.

Western Red Cedar and Finnish Thermo Pine both handle heat and humidity beautifully; Hinoki is our premium pick. We’ll match the timber to your budget and location.

Outdoor saunas are fully weather-sealed for gardens, rooftops and pool decks; indoor models are built for bathrooms, gyms and spare rooms. Both use indoor-rated electric heaters.

Most home saunas run on a dedicated single- or three-phase circuit sized to the heater. We’ll confirm the exact electrical requirement in your quote.

Both are food-grade and corrosion-resistant; 316 adds extra protection for coastal and chlorinated environments. We recommend the right grade for your site. See ice baths.

Ice works to get started, but a chiller holds a precise temperature day after day with no effort — the easiest way to make cold therapy a daily habit.

Our chillers take the water down to around 3°C and hold it there. Most people plunge between 3–10°C depending on experience.

A built-in filtration and sanitation cycle keeps the water fresh for weeks. We’ll walk you through simple water care at handover.

We’re open now in Chonburi, Thursday to Sunday, with Founding Member pricing until 30 September. The full experience opens 4 September — book ahead to be sure of a spot. Book a visit.

The Garden runs on advance bookings so every session has the space to itself — so book ahead if you can. That said, if you're passing and spot us, scan the sign at the gate or give us a call, and if there's room in the current session we'll happily wave you in.

Saunas, ice baths, a swimming pool and shaded lounge areas — everything you need for the full hot-and-cold circuit. Explore the garden.

Yes — most saunas assemble in a day with two or three people and clear instructions. Prefer it done for you? Our team can handle the full install. Installation service.

Delivery to the spot, full assembly, levelling, heater fitting and a handover walkthrough so it’s ready to use the same day.

A firm, level base — a concrete pad, deck or paved area — plus a nearby power point. We’ll send a simple prep checklist before delivery.

Final connection should be made by a licensed electrician. We provide the full specification and can recommend trusted local contractors.

Yes — we deliver right across Thailand by freight, and ship internationally on request. Delivery details.

Most saunas are ready eight to ten weeks from order. Once built, freight to your address typically takes a few days, with tracking provided.

Standard nationwide delivery is included. For tricky access — rooftops, tight lanes or upper floors — we’ll quote any crane or extra handling up front.

Everything ships in a purpose-built timber crate to protect the timber and glass in transit — and the crate is easy to dispose of or repurpose.
