Once registration is complete, we will be in a position to offer VAT receipts where applicable. We appreciate your understanding during this process — it does not affect the validity of your order, your warranty, or our obligations to you in any way.

By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Product Types

We offer two product categories, both available for international shipping:

Saunas

Saunas available in a range of models and sizes. Customisation options including timber, glass, and heater selection are available. Professional installation can be arranged.

Ice Baths & Chillers

Ready-to-use ice baths paired with chiller units. Plug-and-play setup — no trades required. Detailed setup guides and full support included.

Different payment and delivery terms may apply to each category. Details are confirmed in your quote.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB). International customers will be invoiced in THB; your payment provider or bank will apply the applicable exchange rate.

Prices Include

• Sauna or ice bath unit and components as specified in your quote
• Standard international freight to your nominated address
• Setup guide and product manual
• Professional installation where arranged and confirmed in writing

Prices Do Not Include

• Site preparation or foundation work
• Electrical installation by a qualified electrician (saunas)
• Import duties, customs fees, or local taxes in your country
• Any modifications to your property
• Permit or approval fees

Standard Payment: A deposit is required to confirm your order and secure your place in the production queue. The balance is due once your product passes final inspection and is ready for dispatch. The deposit is non-refundable once the order is confirmed.

Accessories & Small Orders: Some lower-value items require full payment upfront before production begins. This will be confirmed at the time of order.

4. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated timeframes are stated on each product page and confirmed in your quote. As a guide:

• Saunas: approximately 6–8 weeks from order confirmation to delivery
• Ice baths: approximately 4–6 weeks from order confirmation to delivery

Packaging

• Saunas are packed into a solid timber crate built specifically for the unit
• Ice baths are securely packaged for international freight
• All products are inspected before dispatch

International Shipping

• All products are shipped internationally via freight from Thailand
• Shipping is to your nominated port or address, as agreed in your quote
• The customer is responsible for import clearance, customs duties, and any local delivery from port
• We will provide all required shipping documentation

Delivery Inspection

• Inspect all components thoroughly upon receipt
• Note any visible damage on the freight carrier’s delivery receipt before signing
• Photograph any damage immediately and contact us within 48 hours

Risk Transfer

Risk passes to the customer once goods are handed to the freight carrier. We will assist with any freight damage claims and work with you to resolve the issue.

Delays

If Ron Yen Wellness is responsible for a delay beyond the agreed timeframe, the customer is entitled to a discount of 0.2% of the total order value per day of delay, up to a maximum of 5% of the total contract value.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Site Preparation — Saunas

• Provide a level, solid foundation capable of supporting the sauna’s weight
• Ensure adequate space and access for delivery and installation
• Obtain any required building permits or local approvals

Site Preparation — Ice Baths

• Provide a flat, stable surface with access to a standard power outlet
• Ensure drainage is available nearby
• No trades or structural works required

Structural Load Capacity

Saunas and ice baths are heavy, particularly ice baths when filled with water. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure the installation surface can safely support the total loaded weight of the product, including water and occupants. Where there is any doubt, engage a qualified structural engineer before installation. Ron Yen Wellness accepts no liability for structural damage, property damage, or injury resulting from installation on an inadequate surface.

Electrical Requirements — Saunas

• Arrange a qualified, licensed electrician for heater installation
• Ensure adequate electrical capacity for your heater’s specifications
• Comply with all local electrical codes and regulations
• We will provide a full electrical brief for your electrician

6. Warranty

Sauna Structure — 2 Years

Timber construction, door assembly and frame, bench construction, hardware and fixings.

Sauna Heater — 1 Year

Heating elements, control systems, and temperature sensors.

Ice Bath & Chiller — 1 Year

Tub structure, chiller unit, plumbing connections, and filtration system.

Installation Workmanship — 1 Year

Where professional installation was arranged and performed by Ron Yen Wellness.

Warranty Does Not Cover

• Damage from improper assembly or DIY installation errors
• Lack of maintenance or cleaning
• Modifications made after delivery
• Outdoor use without adequate weather protection
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from power surges or electrical faults
• Misuse or abuse
• Damage from natural disasters or acts of God

To Maintain Warranty

• Follow all assembly and setup instructions provided
• Use a qualified electrician for sauna heater installation
• Follow the recommended maintenance schedule
• Keep all purchase documentation and installation records
• Report any defects in writing within 30 days of discovery

Warranty Claims

• Contact us in writing with photos and a description of the issue
• Allow reasonable time for assessment
• We reserve the right to repair or replace defective components
• Warranty claims result in repair or part replacement, not refund

7. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

Saunas

• Full refund available if cancelled before the deposit is paid and the order is confirmed
• The deposit is non-refundable once the order is confirmed
• No refunds once the order has been placed with the manufacturer

Ice Baths

• Full refund if cancelled before the order is placed with the supplier
• No refund once the order is confirmed and in production
• All products are inspected before dispatch

Deposit Forfeiture: The deposit is non-refundable. If the customer cancels after the order is confirmed, or refuses delivery, Ron Yen Wellness retains the deposit as liquidated damages.

Change of Mind

• No refunds for change of mind once the order is confirmed
• Customers may independently resell the product
• We do not offer buy-back services

8. Damaged or Defective Products

On Receipt

• Inspect all components thoroughly upon delivery
• Note any visible damage on the carrier’s receipt before signing
• Photograph any damage immediately
• Report damage to us within 48 hours of receipt

Damage Claims

• Provide clear photos showing the damage
• We will assess and determine the appropriate remedy
• Options include repair, replacement parts, or replacement unit
• We will assist with any freight carrier claim where applicable

Manufacturing Defects

• Covered under warranty (see Section 6)
• Must be reported within 30 days of discovery
• We will repair or replace defective components at our discretion

9. Limitation of Liability

Ron Yen Wellness is not liable for:

• Delays due to freight, customs, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
• Damage resulting from inadequate site preparation
• Structural damage caused by installation on surfaces with insufficient load capacity
• Issues arising from inadequate electrical supply or installation
• Import duties, taxes, or customs delays in the customer’s country
• Consequential damages or loss of use
• Property damage during DIY assembly
• Health issues arising from improper sauna or ice bath use

Our total liability is limited to the purchase price paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Installation & Assembly

Saunas — DIY Assembly

Saunas arrive flat-packed and can be assembled by 2–3 people in a day using basic tools. Full assembly instructions are included with every order. Support is available by phone, email, or video call throughout the process. Incorrect assembly voids the warranty.

Saunas — Professional Installation

Professional installation is available on request. This must be confirmed and agreed in writing at the time of order. The customer must provide a prepared, accessible site. Our team will not perform site preparation, electrical work, or structural modifications. Subject to location and availability.

Ice Baths — Setup

Ice baths are plug-and-play. No trades, no tools, no electrician required. Fill the tub, connect the chiller, plug it in. A full setup guide and manual are included with every order. We are available by phone or online if you need assistance.

Electrical Installation — Saunas

• Must be performed by a qualified, licensed electrician
• Customer’s responsibility for all electrical work and compliance
• Improper electrical installation voids warranty and creates safety hazards
• We provide a full electrical brief for your electrician

11. Safety & Proper Use

General Safety

• Read and follow all safety instructions provided with your product
• Never use while intoxicated
• Stay hydrated before and after sessions
• Limit session duration as recommended
• Exit immediately if feeling unwell
• Children must be supervised at all times
• Consult your doctor before use if you have any health conditions

Health Conditions

Consult your doctor before using a sauna or ice bath if you have:

• Heart conditions or cardiovascular disease
• High or low blood pressure
• Pregnancy
• Respiratory conditions
• Recent surgery or injuries

Maintenance

• Follow the recommended maintenance schedule for your product
• Keep sauna ventilation clear and functional
• Check heater stones periodically (saunas)
• Clean regularly to prevent mould or mildew
• Allow adequate drying time after each use
• Maintain chiller filters and water quality (ice baths)

12. Customisation

Before Purchase

• All customisation options must be confirmed before order placement
• Custom selections may affect price and lead time
• All agreed customisations will be documented in your quote and invoice

After Delivery

• Modifications made after delivery void the warranty
• We are not responsible for third-party modifications
• Structural modifications may affect safety and performance

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, transportation delays, customs delays, strikes, or government restrictions.

14. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, content, and branding on our website and materials are the property of Ron Yen Wellness. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without prior written permission.

15. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute:

• Contact us in writing with full details of your concern
• We will respond within 5 business days
• We will work in good faith to resolve the issue amicably
• If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with Thai law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any unresolved disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Thai courts.

16. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.ronyen.com/privacy-policy.

We collect your name, contact details, delivery address, and order history. Payment information is processed securely and not stored by us. We use this information solely to process your order, provide support, and improve our products and services. We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties except as required for order fulfilment or by law.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our services following any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

For orders already in progress, the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of your order confirmation will apply.
