How cold does the ice bath get?
With a chiller, as cold as 3°C — and lower if you really want it, though almost no one plunges below 3°. Most people sit between 3° and 15°. Bath-only (no chiller), you control the temperature with how much ice you add.
Do I need the chiller, or can I just use ice?
You can absolutely start with ice — every bath works perfectly bath-only. The chiller just removes the chore: it holds your set temperature automatically, so no daily ice runs. Most people start with ice and add a chiller once they’re hooked. Within a few months, a chiller usually works out cheaper than buying bags of ice.
Will an inflatable ice bath pop or leak?
No. These use drop-stitch construction — the same tech as stand-up paddleboards — so the walls are firm and hold their shape like a solid tub. You can lean on the rim and sit in it properly. It won’t sag, wobble, or burst under normal use.
How long does delivery take?
Around 4–6 weeks from order. We keep you updated on progress and your delivery date, and delivery is free anywhere in Thailand. Your balance is only due once your order is ready to ship.
How do I pay — and is it safe?
You pay a 50% deposit to secure your order and production slot, then the balance before it ships. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Wise, and direct bank transfer, over a secure encrypted checkout.
Where can I put it? I rent / live in a condo.
Anywhere flat with access to water — a balcony, terrace, courtyard, or even a spare bathroom corner. There’s no plumbing and nothing permanent, so there’s no renovation and no landlord conversation needed. If you move, it moves with you.
How do I set it up?
Unfold it, inflate it with the included pump, fill it from a garden hose, and cool it down. No tools, no plumber, no trades. If you can inflate an air mattress, you can set this up.
How do I keep the water clean?
With a chiller, the built-in filtration keeps the water clean for weeks. Without a chiller, you’ll drain and refill every few days, like any ice bath.
